Description
Nettle leaves contain a wealth of valuable substances for your health: vitamins (K, C, mineral group B), tannins, minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, manganese and silicon); chlorophyll and beta-carotene.
Recommended use:
- take 25ml of pure nettle juice 2 times daily. You can also dilute the juice with a little water.
