The Ayurveda Kapha - Organic Ayurveda Tea by Amaiva mainly contains invigorating and aromatic herbs. The tea is a perfect pick-me-up in the morning or for cold winter days.
Kapha type character:
- Kapha types are big and strong or short and stocky. The do things methodically, act judiciously and are not easily fazed. They prefer a stable life, as hasty decisions, feeling rushed and spontaneity bring them quickly to their limits so that they feel overworked. They therefore are often seen as inflexible. Suggested use:
