Who doesn't long for a bath from time to time?

The Base Bath from BASASAN contains a special mixture of different salts and natural minerals. Particularly noteworthy are ingredients such as aquamarine, rose quartz and rock crystals, which are responsible for the basic pH value of the water (9.5), among other things.

Benefit from a number of possible applications that make your skin appear soft and supple.

Dosage:

Full bath: 3 tablespoons
Foot bath or baby bath: 1 tablespoon

Applications:

Full bath	3 tablespoons for a full bath Water temperature: 36 - 37.5°C Bath time: 30 - 90 minutes Rest after your bath In addition: Carry out a gentle wet brushing every 15 minutes during the full bath
Foot bath	1 tablespoon for a foot bath Water temperature: 36 - 37.5°C Possible with cold water (for a refreshing foot bath) Bath time: 30 - 60 minutes Ideal before going to bed
Shower	Moisten the skin under the body-warm shower Take some BASASAN Base Bath between the palms of your hands Massage gently all over your body until the crystals have dissolved Then rinse with clean water OR Put 1 tablespoon on a dampened washcloth Rub the body lightly with circular movements Then rinse with clean water
Sauna	Mix 1 tablespoon of BASASAN alkaline bath with 1 tablespoon of natural honey and warm water After the first 10-minute sauna session, massage this mixture into the skin outside of the sauna and leave it on for about 5 minutes Then take a shower, rest for a while and go back to the sauna
Massage	Mix BASASAN Base Bath with vegetable oils (olive oil, sea buckthorn oil, rose oil etc.) Massage gently into the desired part of the body using circular movements
