Description

Asparagus has always been valued. The Greek philosopher Plato praised the taste of asparagus in his works. It is rich in vitamins B1, B2, C and E and contains the minerals potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron, as well as tannins, rutin, saponins and plenty of aspartic acid.
