Description

The Beta-Carotene capsules contain 5 mg of beta-carotene in a hard gelatin capsule. Beta-carotene is a precursor of vitamin A and is produced exclusively in plants so it must be supplied from our food. Depending on your needs, beta-carotene can be converted into vitamin A in the body.

Beta carotene is a 10% water soluble carotene powder.
The gelatin used in the hard gelatin capsules is BSE / TSE approved pharmaceutical gelatin.

Recommended use:

Adults: take 1 capsule daily
