Liver-Bile Protection Bios capsules contain milk thistle dry extract standardized to 80% silymarin, curcuma root extract with 95% curcuminoids, peppermint leaf extract, boldo leaf extract and dandelion root extract in a hard gelatine capsule.

• The milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.) belongs to the sunflower family (Asteraceae) and its fruits contain silymarin, flavonoids, fatty oil, sterols and protein as important ingredients.
• The turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), a plant from the ginger family (Zingiberaceae) native to Asia, has long been used as a spice, for example as an additive in curry powder. The ingredients are the yellow coloured curcuminoids, with the main component curcumin, furthermore polysaccharides and essential oil.
• The peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) from the mint family (Lamiaceae) contains, among other things, essential oil, tannins and phenol carboxylic acids.
• The Boldo (Peumus boldus MOL.) Is a small evergreen shrub and belongs to the Monimiaceae family. The leaves contain alkaloids (boldine), essential oil, flavonoids and triterpenes.
• The dandelion (Taraxacum officinale WEB.) Belongs to the sunflower family (Asteraceae).
