Recommended consumption:
Mix 1 serving (28g, 1 scant scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250ml water and drink this twice daily. On training days, drink 1 serving within 45 minutes of training, and 1 serving between meals. On non-training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Use a shaker for preparation.
