Description

Turn your kitchen into a chocolate factory with these handy raw cacao chips! The Peruvian chips can be easily melted in a double boiler and sweetened, flavoured or finished as you like!

Once your chocolate mixture has cooled, you can use it to make your own chocolate bars or pralines. You can also mix the liquid chocolate into cake batters or chop the chocolate and mix it into biscuits or other desserts. Use the chocolate in many creative ways!

The raw cocoa beans used to make these chips are lightly fermented, gently dried, crushed into nibs and then ground to cocoa mass (processed at below 45 ° C).
