Description

Organic Guduchi

Guduchi is a plant with heart-shaped leaves, which is referred to in Ayurveda as Amrita (divine nectar). The bitter substances contained in the aqueous extract of the plant are also referred to as "Indian quinine".

Guduchi reduces all three doshas.
Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing.

Recommended use:

Take 2 teaspoons a day in water, a smoothie or warm milk.
