Description

Organic native wheat starch is obtained from selected types of wheat from Italy and the best spring water.

This starch thickens upon heating and is particularly suitable for the preparation of fine baked items, baking mixes, fillings, sauces and dressings.

Recommended use:
Mix with a little cold water and stir into hot or cold preparations to thicken.
