Description

BCAA are branched chain amino acids, which consist of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine.
Due to their structure, they are absorbed by the muscles directly through the intestines.

Recommended use:

Take 4 x 1 tablet at main meals with water.
In addition, take 2 tablets as needed 20 minutes before and immediately after exercise.
