This special formula is often taken by competitive athletes to be quickly supplied with glutamine and BCAA amino acids.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 tablets 30 min before exercise and 2 tablets immediately after exercise with plenty of fluids.
- On non-training days take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening with liquid.
