Description

L-carnitine is an endogenous, natural nutrient that is found mainly in meat but also in vegetables, fruit and dairy products. It plays a role in transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Directions:

take one serving (15 ml) 20 min. before training.
On non-training days, take one serving (15 ml) in the morning immediately after waking up.
The daily dosage of one serving should not be exceeded.
After opening, store in a cool place.
