Description

Protein Pasta has a high protein content and only 12.8 g of carbohydrates per 100 g (uncooked) and represents an optimal alternative to conventional noodles.

In addition, the tasty noodles can be prepared quickly and go great with the Fit4Day Protein Sauce.

Preparation:

  • For one portion, add about 50 g of pasta to boiling water (about 0.5 litres). Add a pinch of salt and cook the noodles for 11-13 minutes.
