Description

This powder provides a high proportion of BCAAs with a BCAA ratio of 2: 1: 1: One serving contains 1500mg of isoleucine, 750mg of leucine and 750mg of valine.

Preparation:

Pour 20 grams of powder (ca. 2 tablespoons) and 200g of cold water to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds.

Recommended use:

Drink 1-3 servings per day.
