We especially feel this way in winter when we reallly have to pry ourselves out of bed or really want to ignore our alarm clocks. Treat yourself to a warm and light breakfast to counteract these blahs! Ideal as a meal after your morning yoga exercises.

Our Chufli Yoga contains:

Chufli Yoga contains selected ingredients such as tiger nuts, coconut flour, dates, buckwheat flakes, banana flakes, chopped pumpkin seeds, sprouted sunflower seeds and a pinch of cardamom. The natural sweetness of the banana completes this unique breakfast.

The preparation is quick, fast and incredibly versatile. Enjoy cooked or just douse with hot water and enjoy.

Chufli can also be enjoyed as a snack or a light dinner. You can also use water, cream, rice or almond milk.

No sweeteners are needed for the preparation of this mix!
