The Hericium is a delicacy. It contains 32 flavors that are made up of an exotic combination of seafood, lemon and coconut. In addition, the mushroom is known and valued as a vital mushroom. Thanks to Prof. Dr. Wilfried H. Schnitzler from the Technical University of Munich, the mushroom is being intensively researched.
