Recommended use:

Rock Rose Flower Essence: Drop 5 drops onto the tongue or dissolve in a glass of water (once daily).
Life Light® Curcuma + Black Pepper Micronutrient Complex: Take 2 capsules daily (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) with a little water

Using for at least 3 months is recommended. Use longer if necessary.
