Description

A high-quality orthomolecular micronutrient preparation with S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAM). The product can be taken daily. In addition, each capsule also contains vitamin B12 and folic acid.

Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule daily half an hour before eating or 2 hours after eating with plenty of water.
If you have a sensitive stomach, take with food.

Notes :

Do not take while pregnant or breast-feeding
Do not take if you are bipolar or experiencing manic symptoms
Consult your doctor before taking if you also take antidepressants
