Description

Yellow Zinc Tablets by Multi-Food are high-dose tablets with 50mg of pure zinc. Thanks to their smooth surface and a sweet taste, they are easy to swallow and are also gelatin-free. Half a tablet daily is sufficient.

Recommended use:

Take 1/2 of the film-coated tablet daily with plenty of fluid. Take before or after working out
