Description
In the spring the nettles begin to sprout outdoors, where they are harvested by hand for this special tea. The Nettle buds offer a variety of important nutrients such as essential oils, minerals, silicon (silicic acid) and potassium.
"Lütt" is a colloquial word in North German slang that means small or tiny. This name refers to the nettle sprouts.
Preparation:
- Add 2 teaspoons of the nettle "lütt" tea to 250ml of hot water (70 ° C to max. 95 ° C) and steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy.
- Refine the tea with honey or milk to taste.
- The nettle "lütt" tea should be drunk in the morning.
- Sufficient for about 11-13 cups of tea.
