Description

Caffeine Boost by PowerBar offers 200 mg of caffeine per ampoule (for 70 kg body weight). The caffeine comes from mate tea and guarana.

Recommended use:
Drink a maximum of 2 ampoules (400mg caffeine) per day. Drink:

1 ampoule about 1 hour before exercise or during exercise. Another vial can be consumed three hours later during endurance training.
for intense workouts, train with a low carbohydrate intake such as fat metabolism training or competitions
distributed throughout the day. Caffeine intake from all sources should not exceed 400 mg per day
