Recommended use:
After training or after physical exercise stir in 30 g (equivalent to 3 tablespoons) of the powder into 300 ml of liquid and enjoy. Rice milk is recommended but any other vegetable milk or cow's milk can also be used. For improved mixing and creaminess, use a blender or hand mixer.
