Raab Vitalfood Reduced Carbohydrates Chocolate Muffin Baking Mix

The Raab Vitalfood Chocolate Muffin Baking Mix is ​​made from carefully selected raw materials without any flavourings. Among other things, the mix includes flaxseed, lupine & brown millet meal.

Please add the following ingredients to the mixture:

• 30 g coconut oil (room temperature)
• 75 g cane sugar
• 300 ml sparkling mineral water

Preparation:

• Add the coconut oil (room temperature) to a mixing bowl and beat until frothy.
• Add the cane sugar, chocolate muffin baking mix and finally the mineral water and mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
• Fill the dough into muffin cups and smooth the surface with a wet spoon.
• Bake in preheated oven at 170 ° C (top / bottom heat) on the bottom rack for approx. 45 min.
• At the end of the baking time increase the temperature to 200 ° C and bake for another 5 min.
• Then leave the muffins to cool for 5-7 minutes in the oven with the door open.
