The leaves, stems, nuts and roots of the nettle plant all contain iron. Nettle leaves are a perfect alternative to spinach and are often used in herbal teas. They also taste great in smoothies, juices, and vegetarian and vegan milk.

Recommended use:

Take 1 teaspoon of nettle powder (about 2 g) 3 times a day. The powder can be added to cereals, fruit, salads or shakes.
