• You can easily prepare a yummy brownie with with good nutritional values. They have a high fibre content (from oats) and are low in sugar.

Recommended use:

• Preheat the oven. Mix one serving of the powder (125g) with 150ml of water (or milk) in a mixing bowl until you get a smooth dough. Beat vigorously with a spoon or whisk.
