Description

The gluten-free polenta is suitable for sweet and savory dishes. This product is a tasty alternative for people with a gluten intolerance.

Important Note:
May contain traces of soy, milk and lupine!

Recipe Suggestion: Polenta Puffs

  • 250 g TAKE EAT FREE polenta gluten-free
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 l (lactose-free) milk
  • 4 tablespoon gluten-free cornmeal
  • salt, pepper
  • parsley
  • oil for frying

Preparation:
Boil with salt and water. Then cover and let soak at a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often. Let cool and place in a bowl. Blend the eggs, milk and gluten-free cornmeal. Season the dough with salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. In heated oil fry polenta into small puffs.
