Description

Since the rice flour is gluten-free, it is ideal as a substitute for wheat flour. It has good swelling capacity and is particularly suitable for thickening soups and sweet creams.

Important note:
May contain traces of soy, milk and lupine!

Recipe Suggestion: Sponge Rolls

  • 5 eggs
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 170g gluten free TAKE EAT FREE rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 150g jam

Beat the eggs with the hot water and sugar until very stiff. Carefully fold in the flour and spread onto a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and lay out onto baking paper, then cover the cake with jam and slowly roll up.
