Gluten-Free Universal Flour

The gluten-free flour can be used universally and is very high quality. The versatile, light flour mixture is made completely without dairy, added flavours or leavening agents.

Whether used for cakes, pastries or cookies, this fantastic flour is always a success!

Recipe: Marble Cake:

• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons orange juice or rum
• 160g butter
• 180g sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• 4 eggs
• 200g gluten free universal flour
• 50g peeled and ground almonds
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

1. Mix the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, orange juice or rum and store them in a cool place for about 30 minutes. This will be your cocoa batter.
2. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180C with top and bottom heat.
3. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, and add the eggs one by one.
4. Mix the flour with the almonds and baking powder and stir. Place half of the dough into the prepared pan. Then, mix the cocoa cream into the remaining dough and cut through with a knife to marble.
5. Finally, bake for about 60 minutes.
