Recommended use: everyone's needs may differ individually. Start with a dose of 5g of powder mixed with 300ml of cold water or juice. Carefully shake to combine in a shaker or stir the powder into a glass or water using a spoon. Stirring rather than shaking helps avoid foam, which doesn't taste as good as the drink itself. Drink before, during or after workouts.
