Description
The Blackberry Porridge by Verival has a slightly sweet taste and is perfect as a nutrient-rich breakfast but also as a sugar-free dessert. The recipe contains sweet sultanas, slightly tart blackberries and oat bran is used as the base. The complex carbohydrates keep you full for a long time and prevent cravings.
Preparation: Pour 130ml of warm vegetable milk or hot water over 50g of the product, stir briefly and leave to infuse for approx. 3 minutes and your breakfast is ready to enjoy!
