The nasal spray contains alpine salt from the Salzkammergut and Austrian alpine spring water.

Recommended use:

• Children aged 2 years and older: use 1 spray in each nostril several times a day as required
• Children aged 12 and over and adults: use 1–2 sprays into each nostril several times a day, as required
