The Vitamaze 5-HTP capsules contain the amino acid 5 hydroxy-tryptophan from Griffonia plant extract. With 200 mg of 5-HTP per capsule, it is highly dosed. The capsules are manufactured exclusively in Germany according to the HACCP concept. They contain no unnecessary additives and are free of any allergens.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule daily with 1-2 glasses of water (300-400 ml).
