Description

The Protein Pizza baking mix by Fit4Day contains 33% protein and about 35% less carbohydrates than conventional pizza doughs.

The 250 g bag content is sufficient for one baking sheet sized pizza. The dough will be ready in no time!

  • Crunchy and delicious!

Preparation:

  • Knead 250 mg of the baking mixture with 180 ml of cold water for about 6 minutes until a dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough on a baking sheet between 2 strips of baking paper. Pull off the upper strip.
  • Spread the Fit4Day Protein Sauce for pizza and pasta on the dough and top as desired. Bake the finished pizza for 12 - 14 minutes at 200 ° C (on top and bottom heat).

Recipe Pizza Calzone:

Dough:

  • 1 bag of Fit4Day pizza dough
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 180 ml of warm water

Filling:

  • 1 sachet of Fit4Day Protein Sauce
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • Salt, pepper, basil and (dried) oregano
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • 50 g salami
  • 4 fresh mushrooms

Put the Fit4Day pizza dough in a bowl. Add the water and knead everything quickly into a smooth dough. Leave the bowl in a warm place with a cloth and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Mix the Fit4Day Protein Sauce in a small bowl and put aside.
  • When the dough has risen well, knead it vigorously again and roll evenly out between two sheets of baking paper. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and then peel off the top layer of baking paper.
  • Now stir the protein tomato sauce again and put it on the pizza dough. Just avoid the edges!
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them and the salami into thin slices.
  • Put the remaining ingredients on the pizza dough and add the cheese last. Fold the pizza in half and squeeze the edges closed.
  • Bake the Pizza Calzone at 200 ° on top and bottom heat for 12 - 14 minutes.
