Selenomethionine by Pure Encapsulations® contains 200 mcg of selenium. It is yeast-free and easily absorbed by the body.
Recommended dosage:
1 capsule per day with a meal.
After 8 weeks of continuous use, take a 6-month break. Do not consume any additional food supplements while taking this product. Suitable for adults only.
