Recommended use:

Add 30 g (two heaped tablespoons) of powder to 300 ml of water, organic milk, organic oat drink etc. and shake or mix. Ideal after sports or as a snack.

The organic whey protein is also ideal for baking or as an addition to food to increase its protein content.
