Recommended use:

Maintenance dose: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily with meals
Therapeutic Dose: Take up to 4 capsules 2-3 times daily with meals.

Hints:

Increase the dose slowly. Monitor high blood pressure at high dose.
Niacin can initially lead to harmless redness and slight tingling. Not suitable for people with cardiovascular problems.
