To make the Organic Coconut Flour by Alnatura fresh coconut meat is dried, chopped, defatted and finely ground. It adds a distinctive coconut flavour to curries, soups, shakes, desserts and pastries. In baking recipes, it can replace 20 to 30% of conventional flour. Plus: coconut flour is naturally vegan and gluten-free and is rich in protein and fibre!
