The farfalle shape (Italian for "butterfly") is a pasta classic. Produced in Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat, Organic Farfalle by Alnatura is traditionally pressed through bronze moulds. This gives the pasta a particularly rough surface, allowing sauces to adhere exceptionally well.
