Description

The cistus plant, also known as rock rose, blooms in rich pink and its leaves are known for their slightly resinous, sticky surface. For this tea speciality, the flowers and leaves are gently dried and finely cut.

Preparation:

  • Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of Cistus tea (approx. 3 g) and let it steep for 5 minutes. Please note that prolonged steeping will make the tea bitter.
