Green Tea Extract capsules contain green tea extract, standardized to at least 60% polyphenols and at least 35% catechins, in a hard gelatin capsule.

Each capsule contains 100 mg of catechins and about 16 mg of caffeine.

Recommended use:

Adults: Take 3 x 1 capsule or 3 x 2 capsules daily with liquid
