The lunchbox can be heated in the microwave, just remove the cover first. All the parts of the lunchbox are dishwasher safe and suitable for the freezer.
- Just note that liquids expand by approx. 9% when they freeze and do not fill the box up to the top.
- Do not defrost in the microwave.
