Gut Shape² from BRAINEFFECT comes to you in a practical capsule form. The capsules contain a HOWARU® Shape bacteria blend with 10 billion Bifidobacterium lactis B420™. The mulberry extract Reducose® in the capsules can help to support the utilisation of carbohydrates in the body.
Recommended intake:
Swallow 2 capsules whole daily in the mornin with sufficient water with a meal.

The small dessicant sachet in the pack is not suitable for consumption, but serves to protect the capsules from moisture.
