Description
MCT C8 Oil contains characteristic medium-chain fatty acids. It is obtained exclusively from coconuts and consists of 100% caprylic acid.
As it is odourless and tasteless, the oil can be easily mixed into a variety of foods and drinks.
Recommended intake:
Start with one tablespoon of MCT C8 Oil per day and increase the amount to 2–3 tablespoons per day after a few weeks.
Serving suggestions:
MCT C8 can be used to make Rocket Coffee or added to smoothies, shakes and salads.
