Description

The Ashvagandha root is of great importance in Ayurvedic medicine. Ashvagandha means "the smell of the horse". It balances Vata and Kapha and is particularly recommended during the seasons of autumn and winter. The extraction ratio of the organic Ashvagandha extract capsules is 8: 1

Recommended dose:
1 capsule daily. This corresponds to a daily consumption of 435 mg Ashvagandha extract powder, which contains 13 mg withanolides.
