Description

This formula combines 500 mg of magnesium with vitamin B12 in a convenient tablet. What makes this product special is its time-release function: the nutrients are not released all at once, but gradually over many hours. The tablet formula is vegan and free from gluten and lactose.

Directions:
Take ½–1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of liquid, without chewing. If you have an increased magnesium requirement, for example due to strenuous physical activity combined with a diet low in magnesium, take 1 tablet daily. If your diet is simply unbalanced, take ½ tablet daily.

Notes:

  • Amounts exceeding 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
  • Not suitable for people with impaired kidney function.
