Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to normal muscle function, energy metabolism, and normal nervous system function. The formulation is supplemented by vitamins B1, B6, B12, and folic acid - all known for their role in important metabolic processes and the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system and blood formation.
Whether you're physically very active, stressed out at work, or simply want support for your daily routine, Magnesium 400 + B1 + B6 + B12 + Folic Acid is carefully formulated to suit every situation.
Recommended dose:
Take 1/2 or 1 tablet daily with a meal and sufficient liquid without chewing.
Take 1 tablet daily if you have an increased need for magnesium due to strenuous physical activity, owing to work or sports and a diet deficient in magnesium. If only your diet is unbalanced, take 1/2 tablet.
Note:
- Not suitable for children and adolescents.
- More than 250 mg of magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
