Dr. Lanz TriggerMoving ProSport is not an orthopedic insole. It is an optimized insert for spots shoes. These insoles are thicker that their "Comfort" counterparts yet still offer the cushioning and non-slip effects. Thus the feet remain centered wven while jumping or moving sideways. This prevents the formation of blisters and callused skin. If necessary, the inserts can be cut to size using scissors.
