Description
This supplement provides a combination of chromium, zinc and Ceylon cinnamon in convenient capsule form. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Both chromium and zinc play a role in the metabolism of macronutrients such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Each capsule also contains 200 mg of Ceylon cinnamon extract (10:1 ratio). Ceylon cinnamon, obtained from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, is considered one of the oldest known spices and has long been valued in Ayurvedic tradition.
Recommended intake:
1-2 capsules per day. Swallow one whole capsule with sufficient liquid before or with a meal.
