Flex Collagen contains a carefully selected and synergistic combination of ingredients:
- Hydrolysed collagen, which is broken down into smaller particles (peptides) through a special process, which allow the body to absorb it more easily
- Type II collagen, which is found in cartilage, joints, and interstitial fluid
- MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane), also known as a beauty mineral because it is present in the skin and is also an essential component in the production of collagen and connective tissue
- Vitamin C, Magnesium and Manganese
Consumption recommendation:
2 drinks daily. For a drink, mix 1 measuring spoon of powder (approx. 7.7g) in 250ml of water.
